Kits are exclusively sent to the GP’s official place of business, not to personal residences or other locations.

The chosen hair collector, ideally your General Practitioner (GP), should be someone with no personal connection to you, guaranteeing impartiality and professional conduct.

Although we provide the option for remote testing, we highly recommend visiting our clinic if possible. In-person visits allow for immediate answers to any questions you might have during the collection process, questions your GP might not be equipped to handle. It also eliminates the costs associated with the collection kit and GP consultation fees.

Furthermore, testing at our clinic is faster, bypassing the potential delays and errors that can occur with remote hair sample collection and shipping.
