This service is suitable for both individual clients and organisations seeking to conduct routine checks or comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Fees may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations as detailed in our cancellation policy.
• A 30% administrative fee will be charged if you decide to cancel after hair collection but before testing or forensic reporting has commenced.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and direct deposits.
• All fees are subject to change without notice.
• Laboratory or forensic reporting will not commence until full payment is received.

6. Testing Process

Clients are required to provide a hair sample according to the guidelines provided at the time of the appointment. Our laboratory processes samples in a controlled environment to ensure accurate results. Clients will receive a report detailing the analysis.

7. Reporting

• Results will be available within 5-7 business days after the sample has been received by the laboratory.
• Forensic interpretation reports will be available within 10-14 business days after all relevant documents have been received.
• Results can be delivered via email, postal mail, or direct collection from our office, depending on the client’s preference.
• Unforeseeable delays may occur, and delivery timelines are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitations of Service

• Results are based on the sample provided and reflect only the substances tested.
• We make no warranties regarding the suitability of the test for purposes not explicitly stated in the service description.

9. Refund and Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of the testing, refunds and exchanges are not available once a sample has been processed.
• Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

10. Legal Compliance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their request for drug, alcohol, or steroid testing complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Hair Testing Analysis reserves the right to refuse service that may contravene legal guidelines.
