Hair Testing and Forensic Reports

Refunds are available provided the laboratory has not yet begun analysing your hair sample, or your forensic report has not commenced.

Collection Kits

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once collection kits have been dispatched. This policy protects the integrity of our kits, as we are unable to verify whether a kit has been opened, tampered with, or compromised after leaving our facility.

To uphold our quality standards and prevent the risk of adulteration or contamination, all collection kit sales are final upon dispatch.

Refund Process

If laboratory testing or forensic reporting is halted prior to commencement, an approved refund will be subject to a 30% administrative fee. Please note that collection kits remain non-refundable.

Once a refund is approved, the credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard postage within Australia is provided free of charge, so no shipping refund applies. Any upgraded shipping costs — including Express Post within Australia and all international shipping — are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of the relevant carrier (Australia Post or international postal service). We are happy to assist with tracking enquiries but cannot refund shipping costs for delays or non-delivery caused by the carrier.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived within 14 business days, please:

1. Re-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider — there is often a processing delay before refunds are officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as clearance times can vary between institutions.

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
