Refund Policy for Hair Testing & Forensic Analysis
Hair Testing and Forensic Reports:
Refunds are not available once the laboratory begins the analysis of your hair sample or once the processing of your forensic report request has commenced.
Collection Kits:
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once collection kits are dispatched to any third parties. This policy helps ensure the integrity of our kits, as we cannot verify whether they have been opened or tampered with.
To maintain our standards of quality and prevent possible adulteration or contamination, all sales are final upon dispatch.
Refund Process:
Should laboratory testing or forensic reporting be halted prior to commencement, the refund will be subject to a 30% administrative fee. Please note that kits are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for any shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
