Can't visit our Melbourne clinic? The kit is mailed to your nominated GP or AHPRA-registered practitioner, who collects the sample under chain of custody and returns it to the laboratory. Includes all collection materials, tamper-evident packaging, identification documentation and prepaid return labelling.

To preserve chain of custody, your nominated practitioner must have no personal relationship with the hair donor. Kits are sent only to verified clinical premises, never to a residential address.
