Hair testing
A sample analysed at the laboratory and reported to a court-admissible standard. Choose the detection window on the product page — the length of hair decides the period it can cover.

Collection kits
For regional, interstate and international clients who cannot attend the clinic. The kit is posted to the GP you nominate, and is a separate purchase from the testing itself.

Before you order
Testing does not start until payment clears
Hair collection can happen beforehand, but the laboratory does not begin analysis until the testing fee is paid in full.
The collection kit is a separate purchase and does not include the cost of testing. Postage on a kit is added at the cart — free by standard post within Australia, $25 for Express Post, or a flat $55 to any overseas address. Overseas, that covers sending the kit out only: return postage is arranged and paid at your end.
Which do I need — a test, or an interpretation?
If you need a sample collected and analysed, order a test. If you already hold results and need to know what they mean for your matter, order a consultation or a written report.

Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are available until the laboratory begins analysis or a report commences, less a 30% administrative fee. Collection kits cannot be refunded once dispatched.
